A seasoned business builder, she has founded and led a strategic growth consultancy in France, developed international entrepreneurial ventures, and executed multidisciplinary projects across industries and markets, including France, Italy, Romania, and Nigeria.
Recognised by French authorities for an innovative entrepreneurial project within the La French Tech founder ecosystem and an alumna of IFA Paris, Gloria combines commercial acumen, international perspective, and hands-on operational experience to help organisations strengthen strategy, accelerate growth, and achieve sustained performance.

Olushola is a Covenant University alumnus, where he became the first male to graduate with a First Class in Sociology. He also has an MBA from Nexford.
